You want to change things. You might have been tasked by someone higher up, or you might be taking the lead yourself. You know that you, the people you work with, your organisation and maybe your entire sector have to be different, because the status quo isn’t sustainable.

How do you make change that is tangible? That’s meaningful? That sticks?

That’s the challenge I’ve set myself: I want all my work to contribute to real change for sustainable development. How about you?

There are no off-the-shelf blueprints. But there are lots of different approaches we can experiment with, and insights we can build on about changing sectors through collaboration and about changing organisations from the inside. These are some of the things I’ve learnt – from thought-leaders and practitioners, as well as personal insights from reflecting on my experience of coaching change agents, facilitating change workshops and engaging internal, and external stakeholders.

By helping individuals and organisations make real change.

Success comes from starting, noticing the impact, and doing more of what works.

I’m with Goethe on this:

Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it,
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.
