I know that it’s going to take all of us, working together as people of fierce good will, to get through the looming crisis and build a soft landing. And in the meantime, we need to keep our organisations and communities successful and build their resilience to rapid change.
So I work by helping people get really good at listening, speaking courageously, noticing what they already know, looking contradictions in the eye and bravely articulating what they want.
I dare clients to engage the people they need to work with early and more openly. I facilitate conversations in workshops, meetings and other groups - including online - where people can own their doubt about the right way forward, and yet emerge confident in the path they are making.
I help people build their own facilitation and coaching skills, so they in turn can enable others to build a better future.
