Are you a female sustainability leader? Is it your time to step up?

Do you feel you've reached a plateau in your career, are others limiting your progression, do you need to reset your thinking on what you can achieve, do you need to become unstuck, do you need better work life integration, do you feel like you should lean in, or maybe lean out! Book here.

The challenges of climate and sustainability are some of the greatest that we have ever faced, and time is of the essence.

We know that gender diversity at any level in an organisation is key to its success so there is an imperative to do everything we can to make ensure that, as senior female professionals, we're empowered to make our greatest contribution to accelerating an effective transition to a sustainable world.

Together we will:

  • Share our passion, drivers and motivations for working in sustainability

  • Identify our career highlights and achievements to date

  • Hear about the kind of leaders we want, and want to be

  • Support each other in developing action plans which overcome barriers and take us towards our goals.

This event is for experienced women working in sustainability in any kind of organisation, who are ready to explore their next steps into leadership.

Doors open 12.45 for a 1.00 start and we'll close by 17.00. There are coffee bars and restaurants on site for networking before and after the event. The price includes tea and coffee, but please make your own lunch arrangements.

Book your place here - only £20.

We are very grateful to Peel L&P for their generous sponsorship of this event.
